Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Blades Vision Barbershop (“we”, “us”) collects through bladesvision.com, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. What we collect

• Browsing the website: we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It sets cookies and receives standard technical data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and your IP address (which Google does not store in Analytics). We do not use advertising pixels or social-media trackers. Our fonts, images and videos are served from our own site, so they are not shared with Google Fonts, CDNs or ad networks. • Server logs: our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the site running. These are not used to identify you or to build a profile.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe in the footer form, we collect only the email address you type in (no name, no phone), and only to send you occasional updates. The address is saved in our email service, Resend (Resend, Inc.), and we receive a notification email with it. The form is also checked for spam with a hidden field and a timer; we do not store your IP address for that.
• Booking: appointments are made on our booking system at app.bladesvision.com, which collects the details you enter there (for example name, phone, email and the service you choose). That system has its own privacy terms; we use the information only to run your appointment and to contact you about it.
• Calling or visiting: if you call or message us, we use what you tell us to answer you.

2. How we use it

To run and secure the website, to schedule and confirm appointments, to answer your questions, and (only if you subscribed) to send you shop news and offers. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that help us operate: our website hosting provider, Google Analytics, our booking system and our email provider Resend for the newsletter. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

4. Links to other sites

The site links to Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps and our booking page. They are separate services with their own privacy practices, and they may set their own cookies once you open them. Apart from Google Analytics, nothing from those services is loaded on our pages until you click.

5. How long we keep it

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our host. Booking records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business obligations.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and loads only its own files (plus the Google Analytics script), protected by a strict Content Security Policy. No method is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to lose.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each message, or by asking us to remove your address. Depending on where you live (for example Texas or California), you may have additional legal rights over your personal information, such as access, correction, deletion and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We will honor these requests for everyone. To make one, call or visit us using the contact details below. We will answer within 45 days.

8. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date above, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
