These terms apply when you use bladesvision.com (the “site”), run by Blades Vision Barbershop (“we”, “us”) at 6951 McHard Rd, Houston, TX 77053. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site is for
The site gives information about our barbershop: services, prices, team, hours and location, and links to book an appointment. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Appointments
- Online bookings are made on our booking system at app.bladesvision.com. Its own booking terms apply to your appointment.
- Walk-ins are welcome, but they are served as chairs become available; a booking saves your spot.
- Please arrive on time. If you are late we may need to shorten the service or move your appointment so other clients are not affected.
- If you cannot make it, please cancel or change your appointment in the booking system or call us at +1 832 971 0434 as early as you can.
3. Prices and information
Prices and descriptions on the site are in US dollars and are given as a guide. The final price is the one confirmed at the shop and may vary with the length, difficulty or extras of the service. We may change services, prices, hours and team members at any time. We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors; if something is wrong, the information we give you at the shop or by phone prevails.
4. Reviews
Reviews shown on the site come from our public Google reviews. Some are shortened or translated; they reflect the opinion of their authors.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe in the footer form, we may send you occasional news and offers from the shop. Each email lets you unsubscribe, or you can ask us to remove your address at any time. How we handle your email is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or get unauthorized access to it, no automated mass sign-ups or bookings, no false information, and nothing unlawful or that harms other people.
7. Our content
The Blades Vision name and logos, and the photos, videos, designs and text on the site belong to Blades Vision Barbershop or are used with permission. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our content or brand without our written permission.
8. Links to other sites
The site links to services we do not control, such as our booking system, Instagram, TikTok, Google Maps and Google reviews. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
9. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Blades Vision Barbershop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited, including your rights as a consumer under Texas law.
11. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain what information we collect through the site and how we use it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law of the United States.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version published when you use the site applies.
